Mission Statement and Philosophy

Donham Law was founded by Attorney Jeremy Donham to offer a close, personable and caring approach to clients in need. Jeremy began his career as a criminal defense lawyer assisting people, whom had been caught in the justice system, to find their way through difficulties and on to a better life. Later Jeremy served as a prosecutor where he assisted the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights of innocent victims of crime.

Later in his career Jeremy set out on his own to develop a plan to assist clients in an efficient and thoughtful manner while giving them the aggressive representation they deserved. Donham Law began serving families and workers in the greater York County, Pennsylvania area handling a variety of claims from family law and custody to unfair trade practice cases and employment discrimination. Jeremy later focused his practice in employment disability discrimination, Family Medical Leave Act violations and HIPAA and Workplace privacy.

Jeremy always had a passion for developing a firm that would serve the underprivileged too and he has repeatedly assisted the less fortunate over the years both in his firm and outside the firm in his personal life through legal assistance and ministry related activities. In fact, Jeremy is an accomplished public speaker having spoken in multiple conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the East Coast and Canada.

Over the years Donham Law has grown into a regional law firm encompassing multiple cities and states serving employees and individuals whom have experienced job related discrimination and privacy violations in healthcare and in the workplace. Donham Law is also one of a very few law firms that operates as a paperless, virtual practice throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia with highly technological offerings to its clients which gives them access to the firm 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through clients portals, messaging systems and cloud document management. Donham Law also only takes on a select number of clients each year so that it can provide a close connection with its clients and cases. Consequently, Donham Law provides its clients with a personable yet aggressive representation.
