Oh gosh where do start?! First I will say that Jeremey and Wendy are real people and they act like real people!! They have feelings and share their feelings with you! Wendy is the most gentle person so easy to talk to! She asks questions and lets you answer them in full (even if your rambling). They are very transparent they always let you know where things are at within your case and if you have a question on anything they don’t make you feel like you are bothering them in anyway!! I just could go and on (I’m a rambler) about how wonderful they are at the same time very professional!! They let you into their lives with their experiences! We had settled on an amount that I was comfortable with and he damn near doubled it!! Wendy does all of the intake calls as well, she doesn’t want to hear second hand what has happened so badly that you need a lawyer !!!
